Shared facilities
The property has two meeting rooms available for tenants. The first is located adjacent to the restaurant. To book it, please contact the restaurant.
A conference room with sauna facilities is also available on the 8th floor. This space is available to all tenants, free of charge, and can be booked via reception. Both venues are available to book up to one month in advance.
Conference rooms and sauna
A venue suitable for formal entertaining – complete with a sauna, small kitchen, social area and meeting room – can be found on the 8th floor of Fokus. To book this space, please contact the reception. The sauna must be booked at least three days in advance.
The venue also provides access to a wonderful roof terrace and is equipped with CD and DVD players, a projector and internet access. Catering services are provided by the on-site restaurant.
As the tenant, you are responsible for heating the sauna yourself. If you require training on how to do this, please contact the reception. Towels are available on request. Please specify the number of towels you require when making your booking. A laundry fee is payable for all towels provided. As the user, you are also required to cover the cost of cleaning the sauna. Our cleaning contractor cleans the sauna daily between Monday and Friday before 8:00 a.m.
Adjacent to the restaurant is a private dining room, suitable for low-key lunch events. To book the private dining room, please contact the restaurant. You are responsible for covering the cost of cleaning the dining room after your event.
